Viv Dobbie

Viv Dobbie is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture management. Currently serving as the Head of People for Customer Business and Purpose & Brand at Kiwibank since February 2021, Viv previously held the position of Senior Manager for People and Culture at ASB Bank from January 2019 to January 2021. Prior roles include HR Business Partner at Sovereign, HR Officer at both SQS and Union Income Benefit, and HR Administrator/PA at Siegel+Gale. Viv holds a CIPD qualification in HR from St Peters Lutheran College, pursued between 2008 and 2009.
