Waati Manukonga

Waati Manukonga is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and channel strategy. Currently serving as Senior Product and Performance Manager at Kiwibank since September 2020, Waati has held various roles, including Product Manager for Genesys and Product Owner Delivery Lead. Previously, at ACC New Zealand from January 2017 to September 2020, Waati worked as Senior Advisor for Channel Strategy, focusing on customer interaction management and enterprise-wide channel strategies, and contributed as a Channel Analyst and Telephony Analyst. Past experience at BNZ involved managing workforce decisions across contact centers. Waati holds degrees in Human Resource Management and International Business from Auckland University of Technology and a Certificate in Business Administration and Computing from UCOL.
