Ruben Bobsien

Ruben Bobsien has a diverse work experience ranging from roles in IT service delivery to customer service and retail sales. Ruben started their career as a Retail Sales Representative at Jaycar Electronics, where they assisted customers, troubleshooted inquiries, and managed sales and stock levels. Ruben then transitioned to a role as a Kiwisaver Customer Service Representative at Inland Revenue NZ, where they provided tax technical information and resolved tax queries while maintaining high-quality customer service. Following this, Ruben worked as an IT Service Delivery Technician at Te Wānanga o Aotearoa, a higher education provider in New Zealand. In this role, they served on the IT Servicedesk and provided IT service delivery support. Most recently, Ruben worked as a Service Engineer at Kiwigrid GmbH, a leading technology company in energy management. In this position, they gained valuable knowledge in energy management and contributed to the company's success as one of the world's leading technology companies in the field.

Ruben Bobsien began their education in 2006 at Wintec - Waikato Institute of Technology, where they obtained a National Certificate in Computing in the field of Information Technology. In 2007, they furthered their studies at the same institute and earned a Diploma in Information and Communications Technology (Level 5) as well as a Diploma in Information and Communications Technology (Level 6) in the field of Information Technology.

In terms of certifications, Ruben obtained multiple certifications from Microsoft. In 2012, they earned the MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration certification. In 2013, they achieved the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, MCSA: Windows 7, and MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Administrator on Windows 7 certifications. Finally, in 2016, they received the Duolingo German Fluency: Elementary (Estimated) certification from Duolingo.
