Jigish Trivedi

Jigish Trivedi has over 20 years of work experience in the field of software testing and quality assurance. Jigish is currently serving as the Head of Operations at KiwiQA Services, a testing agency. Prior to this, Jigish worked as a Sr. Manager of Software Quality Assurance at Advantmed from 2018 to 2019. Jigish also served as an Associate QA Manager at Revitas from 2008 to 2017. Before that, Jigish worked as a Test Lead at Patni Computer Systems Inc., USA in 2007 and as a Test Engineer at Patni Computer Systems Ltd. in India from 2004 to 2007. Jigish started their career as a Teaching Assistant at Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology in 2002 and worked as a Lecturer cum Programmer at Bholabhai Patel College of Computer Studies from 1999 to 2002.

Jigish Trivedi completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from Dharmsinh Desai University between 1995 and 1999. Later, they pursued a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) from the Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology from 2002 to 2004.
