Game Designer at KIXEYE

Richard Wynne has worked in the tech industry since 2014. Richard began their career as Lead Programmer at George Brown College, where they were responsible for making sure all code was produced following the same standards and that it was well commented. Richard also developed using brand new motion technology with its own SDK. In 2015, they moved to UI/UX Designer/Programmer at George Brown College, where they worked with InventDev Inc. to produce interactive and easy to use marketing experiences for customers looking to buy their next home. In 2019, they held two positions concurrently: Programmer at InventDev Inc. and VR Game Programmer at VNovus Ltd. At InventDev Inc., they developed housing applications for their sales centres capable of utilizing both virtual reality and PC touchscreens depending on client needs. Richard also designed and developed multiple stylish user interfaces while keeping user experience as the top priority. At VNovus Ltd., they were responsible for the programming of the full VR game and all its features. Richard also kept the team informed as to how various mechanics/features would affect both performance and gameplay. In 2022, they moved to Associate Game Designer at KIXEYE.

Richard Wynne attended George Brown College from 2011-2014, where they earned an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Game Programming. Richard then returned to George Brown College from 2015-2016 to obtain an Ontario College Graduate Certificate in Game Design.
