Lauren Norment

Lauren Norment is an experienced eCommerce professional currently serving as the eCommerce Commercial Director at Kizik since October 2024. Prior to this role, Lauren held the position of DMM for Perigold Physical Retail at Wayfair for several months. Lauren's extensive background includes a significant tenure at Sperry, spanning over a decade, where Lauren advanced from an Assistant Buyer to the Senior eCommerce Buyer, managing buying strategies for both adult and children's footwear and apparel, and achieving a notable increase in direct-to-consumer category penetration. Earlier experiences include internships at Karmaloop.com and Trina Turk, during which Lauren gained valuable insights into buying and sales processes. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Textiles, Fashion Merchandising, and Design from the University of Rhode Island.
