Rollen Jones

Rollen Jones has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Rollen is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Kizik since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Bedrock Manufacturing (Shinola/Filson) from February 2015 to July 2021. Rollen also held the role of GM at Filson, a subsidiary of Bedrock Manufacturing Company, from October 2018 to October 2019.

Before joining Bedrock Manufacturing, Rollen Jones worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Kranos Corporation (formerly known as Schutt Sports) from April 2008 to February 2015. In this role, they were responsible for various functions including finance, credit and collections, treasury, HR, and IT. Rollen achieved notable financial results during their tenure.

Prior to that, Rollen Jones worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Pony International from April 2006 to April 2008. Rollen was responsible for accounting, finance, HR, legal, customer service, purchasing, and logistics. Rollen played a crucial role in building the entire operating infrastructure from scratch.

From January 2004 to January 2006, Rollen Jones served as the VP and Managing Director at TaylorMade-adidas Golf Europe. Rollen had full P&L responsibility for a $110 million Pan-European business and oversaw three brands: TaylorMade, adidas Golf, and Maxfli.

Rollen Jones also worked as the Director of Finance- Financial Reporting at TaylorMade-adidas Golf from December 2001 to December 2003. Rollen was responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and preparation of strategic business plans and budgets for the global TMaG business.

In their earlier career, Rollen Jones held various positions at adidas, including Managing Director at adidas Chile from January 1998 to April 2001, Regional Controller - Latin America at adidas Latin America from March 1996 to December 1997, and Financial Analyst at adidas America from April 1993 to March 1996.

Throughout their career, Rollen Jones has demonstrated expertise in finance, leadership, and building successful operational infrastructures.

Rollen Jones attended Portland State University from 1986 to 1989, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
