Caitlen Propst's work experience includes being the Director of Marketing at W. Lee Flowers & Co since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Manager at The Market Common from April 2018 to April 2021. From July 2016 to April 2018, Caitlen was the Director of Marketing and Community Relations at Children's Health of Carolina, PA. Before that, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator & Accounting Assistant at Wilmington International Airport (ILM) from August 2012 to July 2016. Their career also includes experience as a Digital Marketing & Web Design Account Manager at InterCoastal Net Designs from June 2011 to August 2012.

Caitlen Propst attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising, Marketing, and Communications. Additionally, they also obtained an Associate of Applied Science in Fashion Merchandising Management.
