Alexis Sihui Wang

Alexis Sihui Wang is a Principal Medical Laboratory Scientist at KK Women's and Children's Hospital since November 2018, previously serving as a Senior Medical Laboratory Scientist. From September 2016 to April 2018, Alexis was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Oxford, where significant research was conducted on the biogenesis of lipid droplets and peroxisomes. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Temasek Life Sciences Laboratory and at the National University of Singapore, wherein research on yeast genetics and gonadotropin regulation was performed. Alexis holds a PhD in Life Sciences from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor's degree with Honours in the same field. An adventurous year as a traveler followed the completion of a PhD, allowing for personal growth and exploration.
