Cheryl Leong

Cheryl Leong is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Communications and Engagement Manager at the Housing & Development Board since September 2024, Cheryl has previously worked as a Corporate Communications Manager at KK Women's & Children's Hospital, and held senior positions at the Ministry of National Development Singapore and the Building and Construction Authority. Cheryl's career began in the communications field with roles as a Copywriter and Assistant to the CEO, followed by a position as an Education Officer at SPCA Singapore. Cheryl holds a MiniMasters in Business Administration and Management, a Master's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies, a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, and a Diploma in Mass Communication/Media Studies, all from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and Temasek Polytechnic.
