Richard Ugah, MCIA, ACA, FMVA®, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Assistant Manager Finance and Financial Accountant at KKONTech since August 2022, Richard successfully designed and implemented an effective accounting system that achieved real-time reporting and corrected revenue shortfalls within a short timeframe. Previously, as Head of Accounts at Jetlink Limited Nigeria, secure procedures were developed for maintaining confidential information and an inventory tracking system was implemented with 100% success. Richard has held significant roles at Rapido Ventures Limited, Rapido Foods Limited, and Genesis Group Nigeria Limited, where key contributions included preparing tax schedules accurately, reducing debt profiles, and automating workflow controls, all while adhering to regulatory standards. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria.
