Alexandra Gillette

Alexandra Gillette currently serves as the Director of Service Operations at KKOS Lawyers, LLP, where responsibilities include overseeing client intake, entity formation, and support processes to build efficient systems and develop staff training for a client-centered experience. Additionally, Alexandra is the Founder of Ethereal Event CO, which specializes in hosting and planning events in Southern Utah. Prior to these roles, Alexandra was the Director of Client Services at TouchMD, focusing on enhancing patient experiences for medical practices in the aesthetic industry, and also held positions as an Account Manager and On-Site Trainer within the same company. Earlier experience includes serving as Office Manager at Probill Plus and working at Marriott International and Disney Parks & Resorts in customer service roles. Alexandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Southern Utah University.
