Shelby Taylor

Shelby Taylor is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in client services and quality assurance. Currently, at KKOS Lawyers, LLP since December 2020, Shelby has held multiple roles including Client Services Manager, Client Services Team Lead, and New Client Coordinator. Prior experience includes positions at LKQ Corporation as Quality Assurance Manager and Technician from March 2018 to July 2020, and Customer Care Specialist at Oxford Suites & Hotels from July 2017 to February 2019. Shelby also served as an Assistant Manager at Top Spot from August 2015 to January 2016. Educationally, Shelby is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice and Psychology at Southern Utah University, anticipated to graduate in December 2024, and holds an Associate of Science in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from the same university, completed in May 2022.
