Dane E. Holmes

Dane E. Holmes is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prestigious financial institutions. As the Chief Administrative Officer at KKR since March 2021, Dane oversees key functions including Human Capital, Communications, Marketing, and Sustainability, contributing to the firm’s growth and societal impact. Prior to KKR, Dane served on the Board of Directors for Eskalera Inc. and held multiple senior positions at Goldman Sachs from February 2001 to December 2019, including Global Head of Human Capital Management. Earlier career experience includes roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., The Bank Of Tokyo-Mitsubishi Ltd., and Chase. Dane E. Holmes holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Columbia University.
