Erica Cao

Erica Cao currently serves as a Summer Analyst in Health Care Strategic Growth at KKR since June 2025. Prior experience includes participation in the London Insight Programme with the Boston Consulting Group in September 2024 and a Summer Analyst role at Advent International from June to July 2024, focusing on public and select private investment opportunities. Erica is pursuing a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Engineering at the University of Oxford, expected to be completed in June 2026.
