Gaurav Hind

Gaurav Hind is a seasoned technology leader with a strong background in financial services and cloud architecture. Currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Infrastructure, Data, and AI at KKR since May 2025, Gaurav previously held several key roles at Google from January 2021 to May 2025, including Director of Engineering & CTO for Financial Services and Director for Capital Markets & Digital Assets Customer Engineering. Gaurav's earlier experience includes a tenure at Microsoft from December 2015 to March 2020, where the role of Director for Cloud Architects in US Financial Services was focused on driving digital transformation in banking and capital markets. Gaurav also served as Chief Technology Officer at Shindig in early 2017, overseeing technology for large-scale video chat events. Gaurav holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
