Helen Xina

Helen Xina is a seasoned professional in technology and project management, currently serving as Director and Global Head of PMO IT&O at KKR & Co. Inc. since September 2021. Previously, Helen held various leadership roles at BTIG, including Head of PMO and Managing Director for Technology, from January 2018 to September 2021. Experience at BTIG also includes positions as Director and Senior Vice President of Technology. Earlier roles include Senior Product Analyst at Ipreo and Development Support Engineer at Innovest Systems, along with experience in trading and customer service at Spartan Capital Securities LLC and as a Desktop Support Engineer at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP. Helen earned a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Baruch College.
