Mariel Hunt

Mariel Hunt, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Accountant at KKR, starting in September 2023. Prior to this role, Mariel gained extensive experience at EY from October 2020 to September 2023, holding positions as Assurance Senior and Assurance Staff, as well as completing an Assurance Internship in August 2019. During August 2018, Mariel participated in the Emerging Leaders Program, which focused on professional networking and skill development in audit, tax, and advisory areas. Earlier experience includes internships in finance at Illumio and Northrop Grumman, as well as participating in leadership conferences with Deloitte, PwC, and KPMG US. Additionally, Mariel served as the Vice President of Professional Development for Alpha Kappa Psi's Mu Sigma Chapter, where responsibilities included organizing professional development activities for members. Mariel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from San Diego State University and has educational experience at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
