Serena Russo is currently the Finance Director at KKR, where they oversee the finance department, develop financial strategies, and manage cash flow to ensure the organization’s financial health. Previously, they held various roles at Banca Popolare di Sondrio, including Assistant Analyst, Financial Analyst, and Finance Manager, where they contributed to financial analysis and strategy development. Serena earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Milano and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from MIP Politecnico di Milano.
