Xiaohan Liu

Xiaohan Liu, CFA, currently serves as a Director at KKR since January 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior VP at 中国民生银行 from August 2018 to January 2023, specializing in the Global Financing Department with a focus on acquisition finance, syndication loans, project finance, and structured finance. Prior to this, Liu held the position of Associate Director at 渣打银行, managing relationships with China corporates within corporate and institutional banking from December 2014 to July 2018. Additional experience includes leadership roles in treasury at Volkswagen New Mobility Services Investment Co., Ltd. and Volkswagen Financial Services, as well as earlier positions at 大众汽车金融中国, 麦格理集团, and Standard Chartered Bank. Liu holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), earned between 2002 and 2005.
