Kelly Trac Pe, Ptoe (Greuel)

Kelly Trac (Greuel), PE, PTOE, is a skilled Traffic Engineer with extensive experience in traffic operations, safety, signal design, signal timing, and transportation planning. Currently employed at KL Engineering, Inc. since August 2017, Trac previously held a similar position at AECOM from May 2007 to July 2017, working on multiple traffic signal design projects for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and various local jurisdictions.
