John Mann

John Mann is a Corporate and Transactional Partner at K&L Gates, where a focus includes negotiating unregulated mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, corporate structures, restructures, regulatory issues, and providing contracts and business law advice. Previously, John served as a Partner in M&A/Private Equity at the Australian Lasallian (Asia-Pacific) Foundation from November 2006 to October 2015 and was a member of the Board of Directors from January 2005 to January 2013. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Associate and Solicitor at Middletons (now K&L Gates) from March 1988 to June 1995. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Commerce with an Accounting Major, and a Graduate Diploma in Corporations and Securities Law, all obtained from the University of Melbourne between 1982 and 1988.
