Michael Feaster

Desktop Support

Michael Feaster has over 14 years of experience in technical support and IT services. As the owner of SeV Computing from May 2007 to July 2009, Michael provided onsite service for desktops, servers, and networks. At Thermo Fisher Scientific from 2008 to September 2014, Michael delivered Tier 2 support for over 400 users, addressing issues related to applications, desktops, laptops, networks, servers, and various communication devices. Michael's career also includes a role as a Help Desk Analyst at Compaq Computer Corporation from May 2000 to August 2001, where support was provided for DEC and Compaq workstations, thin clients, and alpha servers. Currently, Michael serves as Desktop Support at K&L Gates since September 2014. Michael holds an AA degree in English from Santa Fe Community College, obtained between 1990 and 1991.
