Aditi Jagannathan

Aditi Jagannathan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Aditi has held the position of Vice President, Agility Lead at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since 2023. Prior to that, Aditi was a Co-Founder of KL Software Technologies, where they were responsible for delivery and quality assurance of products and services to clients in North America and Australia. As a Certified Scrum Master, they successfully delivered financial, IT software, and web development projects. Aditi's experience also includes working as a Lead Agile Coach and Management Consultant at Slalom, where they mentored and coached teams and organizations through Agile transformations. Additionally, Aditi has worked as a Test Analyst for DiUS Computing, The IQ Business Group, Australia, and Skandia, demonstrating their expertise in testing and analysis. Aditi started their career as a Senior Funds Administrator at Credit Suisse Asset Management, where they efficiently managed daily tasks and handled queries related to unit trust, super, and ALP transactions.

From 1998 to 2000, Aditi Jagannathan attended The University of Auckland, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM) degree in Operations Management and Marketing.
