Joe Medina

Joe Medina has over 15 years of experience in various customer-focused roles. Currently serving as Operations Team Lead at K&L Wine Merchants since June 2018, Joe has previously held the position of Mobile Manager at Best Buy from October 2009 to June 2018. Earlier in the career, Joe worked as a Customer Service and Sales Representative at Wells Fargo between August 2006 and October 2009. Joe Medina is an alumnus of the City College of San Francisco.
