Amir Azordegan

Amir Azordegan has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager of electron beam product lines at KLA since January 2013. Prior roles at KLA include Vice President and General Manager of the Electron Beam Division, Vice President of New Products & Disruptive Technologies, and Vice President of Marketing. Prior to their current position, Amir held senior marketing roles at KLA-Tencor Corp's Wafer Inspection Group and ebeam Metrology, alongside various engineering management positions at KLA-Tencor Corp from 1996 to 2004. Amir Azordegan earned a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of North Texas, where studies were completed from 1987 to 1996.
