Darshan Thaker

Darshan Thaker is an accomplished engineering management professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering. Currently, Darshan is serving as Engineering Manager at KLA since September 2024. Prior to this role, Darshan held significant positions at Deepcell, including Vice President of Software Development and Engineering and Senior Director of Software Development from March 2022 to October 2024. At Berkeley Lights, Inc., Darshan advanced through various roles from Director of Software Engineering to Senior Systems Architect between April 2017 and March 2022. Darshan's career commenced at KLA-Tencor, where contributions ranged from Software Engineer to Software Architect from June 2008 to March 2017. Darshan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis.
