Guozhen Liang

Guozhen Liang is a Laser Research Scientist at KLA since November 2019, focusing on solid-state DUV sources. Prior to this role, Guozhen served as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at Columbia University in the City of New York from May 2017 to October 2019 and as a Research Fellow at Nanyang Technological University from November 2015 to May 2017, where responsibilities included the design of microantennas, waveguides, and laser cavities, as well as work on optoelectronic devices. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Microelectronics from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, obtained in 2015, and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China, completed in 2010.
