Hari Pathangi

Hari Pathangi, PhD, has an extensive background in product engineering, currently working at KLA. They previously held roles at KLA-Tencor, where they focused on product applications and marketing within optical defect inspection, as well as leading research initiatives at imec, optimizing processes for advanced lithography. Hari also contributed to process integration at GLOBALFOUNDRIES and completed a PhD in Nanotechnology at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, where they developed novel techniques for NEMS applications. With a solid foundation in nanoscience and experience across multiple industry sectors, they bring a unique blend of technical expertise and project management skills to their current position.
