Jack Chung

Jack Chung is a KLA Senior Research Scientist who specializes in semiconductor physics and solid-state devices. They completed a PhD in Physics at the University of California, Berkeley, where they focused on the electrical and thermoelectric properties of moiré materials. Jack has held various positions in research and engineering, including roles as a Graduate Research Assistant at Purdue University and City University of Hong Kong, and as an Engineer at Compass Technology Company Ltd. Currently, Jack is pursuing an MPhil in Nanomaterials and Nanotechnology while also working towards a BSc in Engineering Physics.
