John Neumann

John Neumann is a seasoned professional in process engineering, currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at KLA since September 2021. Neumann previously held the same title at SPTS Technologies Ltd from July 2013 to August 2021 and has extensive experience including roles as Process Engineering Manager at Xactix and a consultant for Bridge Semiconductor and Akustica, Inc. Neumann's career began with a position as a Process Engineer at Intel and includes a postdoctoral project engineer role at Carnegie Mellon University, accompanied by academic positions as Assistant Professor of Physics at Hendrix College and a post-doc lecturer at Kent State University. Neumann obtained a Ph.D. in Physics from Kent State University and a postdoctoral degree in MEMS from Carnegie Mellon University, alongside a B.S. in Physics from the University at Buffalo.
