Junjun Shan

Junjun Shan is a Research Scientist at KLA since April 2022, specializing in semiconductor metrology and inspection method development. Prior to this role, Junjun Shan served as the Lead Research Scientist at NICE America Research, Inc. from July 2017 to March 2022, focusing on metal deposition method development. Junjun Shan was a Research Fellow at the Integrated Mesoscale Architectures for Sustainable Catalysis Center, a collaboration between Harvard University and Tufts University, from September 2014 to July 2017. Additionally, Junjun Shan held the position of Postdoctoral Fellow in catalysis and surface chemistry at the University of Notre Dame from September 2012 to August 2014. Junjun Shan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemistry from Leiden University and a Master of Science (MS) in Chemical Physics from the University of Groningen.
