Puja Gill

Puja Gill serves as a Technical Program Manager at KLA since May 2022, leveraging extensive experience in operational management and reliability. Previously, Puja held multiple positions at JLL, including Reliability Manager and Senior Operations Manager, where oversight of a large team and the management of critical manufacturing environments were key responsibilities. Prior roles at Applied Materials involved enhancing on-site performance and improving data quality through rigorous statistical analysis and process optimization. Additionally, Puja contributed to cost savings at Bristol Myers Squibb by developing reliability programs and consolidating processes. Early professional experiences include engineering roles at Jensen Hughes and ERIN Engineering and Research, Inc., focusing on risk modeling and analysis in nuclear power settings. Puja holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from San Jose State University.
