Sharon (En-Ping) Shih is a Software QA Engineer with significant experience in quality assurance and testing across multiple organizations. Currently employed at KLA since December 2021, Sharon focuses on automatic and manual testing for Optical Critical Dimension (OCD) metrology software. Prior experience includes serving as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Plex, Inc., where leadership in manual testing for over 70 application releases and the integration of performance testing into automation using Python enhanced coverage and efficiency. Earlier, Sharon worked as a Technical Assistant at De Anza College, refurbishing PCs and providing technical support to benefit students. Sharon holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from San José State University and an Associate degree in Computer Science from De Anza College.
