Tracy Liu

Tracy Liu is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the China HRBP and HR Director at KLA since August 2017, Tracy oversees the country's HR strategy, including HRBP, CoE, and HR operations. Previously held the position of China HR Head at Amlogic, Inc. from February 2016 to 2017 and spent nearly a decade at Qualcomm, where responsibilities included leading employee engagement initiatives and talent acquisition efforts across various business units. Tracy's early career included roles at Invensys, JM Gemini, Zigma Education Co., Ltd, and Shanghai Electric Group Co., Ltd, showcasing a diverse skill set in staffing, project management, and training. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Sichuan University and further studies in Mass Communication/Media Studies. Additionally, Tracy is a certified coach through the International Coach Federation.
