Yan Zhang

Yan Zhang is a skilled professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and research. Currently serving as the Systems Engineering Manager at KLA since April 2011, Yan Zhang leads a team focused on developing optical critical dimension metrology tools. Previous roles at KLA include Systems Engineering Team Lead, where Yan Zhang oversaw a cross-functional team to create a next-generation metrology tool, and Staff Systems Engineer, developing in-situ optical metrology systems for semiconductor etch tools. Earlier experience includes roles as New Product Introduction Lead and Senior Service Systems Engineer, addressing complex escalations and supporting high-volume manufacturing.
