Prior experience includes IT support and technical roles at Media Mark from February 2014 to July 2018, focusing on IT queries, hardware installation, network support, and desktop configuration. Neo holds an MCSE degree in Information Technology from CTU Training Solutions and has completed additional education at Torque IT and the Academy of Sound Engineering.
