Prerona S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and community management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Klaar since October 2023, Prerona excels in program management, product implementation, and fostering a positive culture. Additionally, Prerona has been a Community Member at The Talent Deck and The Shape of Work since 2023, and serves as a Mentor.
