Caroline McNeely

Caroline McNeely is an experienced operations and project manager currently serving as the Operations Manager at Klamath Basin Behavioral Health since June 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing general operations and improving client outcomes through streamlined processes. Previously, Caroline held multiple roles at Idaho Power Company from February 2007 to June 2021, including Talent and Organization Development Leader and HR Leader for Development and Performance Improvement, focusing on employee development and strategic direction. Earlier career experiences include Program Manager at CTB McGraw Hill, Director of Experiential Learning at Catalyst Consulting Team, and self-employed as an Instructional Designer/Trainer. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Loyola University New Orleans.
