Steven Morton has extensive experience in the field of technology and web development. Steven is currently the Director of Technology at Klamath Falls City Schools, a position they have held since May 2020. Prior to this, Steven worked at Klamath Community College, where they served as the Systems Optimization and Integration Manager from October 2016 to May 2020, and as the Webmaster from December 2011 to October 2016. Before joining Klamath Community College, Steven worked at Newport TV as a Webmaster from March 2008 to December 2011. Steven also gained experience as a Webmaster at ClearChannel Communications from July 2006 to March 2008. Steven's career started at Jester Media Works, LLC, where they worked as a Partner from June 2004 to July 2006.
Steven Morton holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, which they received between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Technology Management from the same institution between 2014 and 2016. In 2010 and 2011, they pursued web/multimedia management and webmaster courses at Portland Community College. Steven's earlier education includes studying journalism at the University of Nevada, Reno between 1992 and 1995. Additionally, they obtained a CompTIA Project+ certification from CompTIA in 2016.
