Laya María Nohra has four years of work experience in digital marketing. Laya María started in 2019 as a Digital Marketing Intern at Frávega, and then moved to Digital Marketing Analyst. In 2021, they joined Mercado Libre as a Digital Marketing Analyst. In 2022, they joined Coderhouse as a Performance Lead, where their main responsibilities included leading the team that manages Facebook Ads, optimizing Facebook and Instagram ads campaign's budgets for all the countries, making requests to the design team for always-on ads and promotions, and implementing and optimizing ads. Later in 2022, they joined Klar as a Performance Marketing Expert.

Laya María Nohra began their educational journey in 2001 when they attended Colegio Río de la Plata, where they earned a Bachiller con orientación en Ciencias Exactas y Naturales in 2012. In 2014, they began attending Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires to study Industrial Engineering. In 2019, they went to Université catholique de Louvain as an Exchange Student, earning a degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Laya María has also obtained certifications from IBM (How to Build Chatbots, 2019), University of Cambridge (IGCSE examinations, 2011), and Google (Google Ads Search Certification, 2019). In 2022, they will be attending Coderhouse to pursue a degree in Data Science.
