Pablo Giovio

Pablo Giovio has over fifteen years of experience in the security field. Pablo began their career in 2005 as a Consultor en Seguridad at Penta Security Solutions, where they applied security policies to Active Directory, hardened Unix Solaris servers, defined security standards for operating systems, and reviewed SOX controls. In 2006, they became an Analista de Seguridad at Interbanking, where they collaborated on the development of the Security Plan, implemented security processes, and analyzed technological risk. In 2007, they were an Analista en Seguridad Informatica at Telefonica Moviles Argentina. From 2008 to 2011, they were a Consultor de Seguridad Informatica at Cybsec S.A., where they implemented network security solutions, infrastructure security solutions, web fraud analysis, vulnerability scanning in large networks, data processing and analysis for security metrics, security architecture design, cryptography projects for banking interfaces, and security logic design for home banking. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Senior Cloud Security Engineer at Cencosud S.A., Pomelo, and Wildlife Studios. Currently, they are a Cloud Security Engineer at Klar.

Pablo Giovio attended Universidad del Salvador from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a postgraduate degree in Information Security. From 2005 to 2010, they attended Universidad Católica de Salta, where they obtained a degree in Information Technology. In 2007, they attended IT College and obtained a CCNA in Networking Fundamentals. In 2020, they obtained a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. In 2013, they obtained a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)².
