Emily Victor has worked at six different companies since 2008. Emily began their career at Wegmans Food Markets as a Customer Service Representative, where they trained employees on proper production procedures and food safety standards. In 2014, they moved to Lornamead as a Research and Development Technician, where they researched new technologies, developed personal and oral care products, and maintained cGMP. In 2017, they were promoted to Assistant Manager Research and Development and Formulation Chemist at Lornamead, where they managed active projects, provided personnel with prioritized work, and ensured task completion by implementing an R&D Work Order system. In 2016, they worked as a FEMA Corps Team Leader at AmeriCorps NCCC, where they managed a team of 8 young adults that worked together to support FEMA in response, recovery and preparedness to natural disasters across America. In 2019, Emily moved to CSS Health as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for launching new products and features and iterating quickly based on stakeholder feedback, including the implementation of Telehealth. Emily also presented and iterated on the Product Roadmap, and worked collaboratively with Engineering, QA, UX, Clinical Operations, Security & Compliance, Accounts, and other cross-functional teams. Currently, Emily is employed at Klara as a Product Manager.

Emily Victor's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Medaille University, which they obtained between 2012 and 2014. Prior to this, they attended University at Buffalo between 2010 and 2012, studying Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering. Additionally, Emily has obtained a number of certifications, including Becoming a Product Manager, Creating a Product-Centric Organization, Learning Jira Software 7.0-7.4, Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Lean Management from LinkedIn and Simplilearn between 2016 and 2019.
