Erika Patitucci

Erika Patitucci has held various roles in the healthcare industry since 2012. Erika began their career as a Preschool Teacher at the YMCA of the Upper Main Line in 2012. In 2013, they took on the role of Soarian Clinical Consultant at Siemens Healthineers. In 2015, they joined Cerner Corporation as a Solution Architect, a hybrid role combining sales and project management responsibilities. In 2021, they began working as a Sales Engineer at Klara. In their role at Cerner Corporation, Patitucci developed and updated sales strategies, managed project slotting and resource allocation, created and managed an upgrade program to be compliant with new government regulations, worked as a liaison and point of contact between support teams, educated teams on a new ticketing system, and created a new process for consultants to perform first level support tasks.

Erika Patitucci obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biobehavioral Health from Penn State University between 2007 and 2011. In March 2020, they completed the Certified Revenue Cycle Representative Program (CRCR) from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
