Uroos Balagam has four years of work experience, starting in 2018. From 2018-2019, Uroos was an Exhibitor at AmericasMart Atlanta, where they organized and carried out promotional events, interacted with customers, and promoted products using social media outlets. From 2019-2022, Uroos was a Business Operations Intern at SKF ENTERPRISE, where they integrated customer-centric advertising workflow methodology, drove profitability through cost-reducing strategies, and streamlined operations to save $5,000+. Currently, Uroos is a Business Development Representative at Klara and a Sales Development Representative at Xplor.

Uroos Balagam attended The University of Georgia from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Fashion Merchandising.
