Alan's tenure at Macdonald Hotels included roles as General Manager and Regional Financial Controller, where the hotel earned significant accolades such as the Chairman's Choice for Luxury Hotel of the Year 2015. Alan's early career included finance and operations management positions at De Vere Academy of Hospitality and Guoman & Thistle hotels. Alan holds a degree from the Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration, completing the General Managers Program in 2017.
