Sandro Dalla Torre

Sandro Dalla Torre has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2005, they started working as a Freelance DJ & Music Producer. In 2010, they joined Sonic Core GmbH as a Process- and Change Manager, where they served until October 2012. In 2011, they also worked as a Projektmitarbeiter at Great Place to Work. From March 2015 to January 2016, Sandro worked as a Consultant at Dr. Schönheit + Partner. In 2016, they founded their own company, KLARHEIT, where they held the position of Founder & CEO. Sandro also worked as a Coach for Leaders & Teams.

Sandro Dalla Torre holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Industrial Engineering from Macquarie University. Sandro also has a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Elektro- und Informationstechnik from Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Kempten. In 2020, they attended IMU Augsburg and studied Integral Organizational Development. While at IMU Augsburg, Sandro obtained a certification as a Trained Integral Organizational Developer. Additionally, they hold certifications as a 1. Dan Wu Shu Kung Fu from the International Wushu Federation and a 3. Dan Tae Kwon Do from the WORLD TAE KWON DO CENTER.
