Joe C.

Joe C. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Joe started working as an Assistant Office Manager at Harbor Freight Tools from 1997 to 1999. From there, they took on the role of Tech II at the same company from 1999 to 2002, followed by a promotion to Sr. Programmer from 2002 to 2010. During this time, they supported packaged applications, developed interfaces with legacy systems, and supported the company's eCommerce website.

In 2008, Joe worked as a PHP Freelance Programmer at Heritage Web Solutions, where they developed web applications using PHP and PHP frameworks. From 2011 to 2016, they joined Alpine Consulting, Inc. and held the positions of Senior Consultant and Technical Architect, Magento. As a Senior Consultant, Joe developed client sites using Magento Enterprise and Community editions, creating custom extensions and modifying existing functionality to meet clients' needs. As the Technical Architect, they ensured best practices were followed and conducted code reviews and audits.

From 2016 to 2023, Joe joined Klarna and held various roles. Joe started as a Solution Engineer, responsible for building Klarna's Magento 2 product offerings, including Klarna Checkout and Klarna Payments. Joe then transitioned to a Lead Engineer role, overseeing the architectural direction of Klarna's Magento modules and managing code submissions to Magento as a Vender Bundled Extension.

In addition to their professional experience, Joe also worked as a Freelance Developer under their own company, Joe Constant, from 2015 to 2020. Joe has a solid background in web development and a specialization in Magento and PHP programming.

Joe C. attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 1998 to 1999. However, the exact degree and field of study they pursued during that time are unknown. In addition to their education, Joe C. obtained two certifications. In February 2012, they became a Magento Certified Developer PLUS through Prometric, and in December 2005, they earned the Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform 1.4 certification from Sun Microsystems.
