Luís Costa

Luís Costa is a Delivery Manager at Klarna AB, where they lead the end-to-end delivery of integrations for global merchants and strategic partners. With a background in Payments and Product Management, they have successfully launched payment systems for over 200 merchants and built partnerships with multiple global payment service providers. Previously, Luís held various roles at Universo, including Product Owner and Product Development Analyst, where they contributed to product lifecycle management and optimization in the payments domain. They also gained early experience in banking and financial services through internships at Banco de Portugal and Novabase. Luís holds a Master’s degree in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics.
