Miriam C. is an experienced professional in business operations and human resources with a strong background in leading teams and driving strategic projects. Currently, at Klarna since January 2021, Miriam focuses on business operations performance and leads outsourcing projects while supporting senior management in HR topics. Previously, as Team Lead for People Advisory in Northern Europe, Miriam managed a team of HR Business Partners and reported to C-level executives. Prior roles include significant contributions at Universum and IKEA Group, where responsibilities encompassed HR business partnerships, employer branding, and change management.
